Kristin is an artist from Stockholm who works with digital art and illustration. She discovered her interest in digital art while studying digital design and freelancing as a graphic designer in Sydney, Australia. Much of her inspiration comes from old magazines and photographs mainly from the 60s as well as artists from the past such as Edward Hopper and Robert McGinnis . She bases many of her artworks on viewing people in different environments, perhaps in a moment of anticipation, loneliness, boredom or self-reflection - sometimes with elements of surrealism. Cats have always been a recurring theme in her art and appear every now and then, often together with the people she illustrates.
