Artist: Jessica Pleur
Jessica Pleur is a Stockholm-based artist, writer and copywriter. Her debut novel "Thrillerliv" was published in 2013. She also writes poetry, articles and teaches writing and copywriting at, among others, Forsberg's school and runs the book podcast Litteräris together with her friend Anna Wehlin. She is part of the artistic network Femart. The messages in Jessica's art often revolve around themes such as being awkward and not quite fitting in, anti-achievement, and that homes (and souls) benefit from being a little messy. The naivety and the colors are allowed to take over in the aesthetic expression. She mostly uses fineliners, Posca pens and other markers.
